Thanks for checking into our Recruitment area! Over the next few pages you will find all you should need to know about the Red River Rats and know what to expect in order to be recruited. We Pride ourselves in that we are more than just a clan but a family of gamers. When and if you get the opportunity to wear the =RRR= tag you will then know that we are not only full of pride but also full of the respect , integrity and fairness.
Article I: Recruitment Process

• Your First step in our Recruitment Process.

Your Fist step is to make certain you have throughly covered the Squad Conduct page. This page will cover everything that is expected from you if you are to Enlist with the Red River Rats. The Code of Conduct that you will read on this page is how the Red River Rats expects each and every Squad Brother to act and display themselves.


• The Second step is AA:SF ROE.

America's Army Rules Of Engagement, Thats right it that damn list of rules we all noticed when we had first checked out the Official AmericasArmy.com site and downloaded the game. Its a Must to know our ROE and our COC in order to be sure we present ourselves in the right accordance. Whenever this Squad or anyone in it , goes out and does anything then it not only reflects upon that person but the entire Squad as well. So it is a Must to make sure we represent ourselves and our Squad Brothers in a fashion that will not bring any disrespect or malcontent.


• Third step is knowing the Basic requirements.

It can be hard searching for a clan and trying to determine which clan is right for you and that is why it is so important to know what the requirements are before you try to Enlist. The Red River Rats Requirements are set up to keep the Squad on the same page as far as Game play, Communication and organization. We may bend on a few of the requirements for Enlistment, Howerver we will NOT bend on the requirements for Age and Adhering to our Squad COC.

You have gone through all the other steps but you still want to know more about the Red River Rats and what they may offer. So now you can find out more about us under our Why Join Us link. This should be a more informative look into what our Squad has to offer and what we are about. If this page does not inform you enough or you still have questions then please feel to email one of our Recruiters and/or use our forums.


• Last step is our Recruitment Form.
Your last step toward Recruitment with the Red River Rats is to complete the Recruitment Application . You want to be sure to complete the Recruitment Form as thoroughly as possible to help us better start your recruitment phase. Once you have completed the Recruitment Application and providing you have met all the requirements, Here is a few more steps you can look forward to in your recruitment phase with the Red River Rats.

• Recruiter will make contact
• Try out Time Set Up
• Try out Complete ( If Recruit and Recruiter are Satisfied with the Try out then move to next step )
• Probation period for recruit ( 30 Day Probation depending on activity of the recruit )
• Probation over - Welcome to the BrotherHood!
